A mock auction in four steps
1. Load the player pool
Import a CSV of players (name, role, base price, team) or type them in. The columns stay on screen through the whole auction.
2. Set purses and squad size
One franchise per friend. Purses are whole numbers, so enter 120 for a 120-crore purse. Pick the squad size, the minimum raise and how many seconds each bid lasts.
3. Send the link
Drop the invite in the group chat. Everyone joins from their phone browser: no app to install, nothing for them to pay.
4. Call players, raise, sell
Franchises take turns putting a player up. Every raise restarts the clock; when it runs out the player is sold to the top bid and every purse updates at once.

Is this the official IPL auction?
No. It is a mock auction for you and your friends, not affiliated with the IPL or the BCCI. You bring your own player list, and nothing here uses official logos or data.
How many friends can play?
As many franchises as you like: ten is the classic setup. Everyone joins from a link, and anyone else can watch the board without bidding.
Can someone bid more than their purse allows?
No. A bid is refused if it would leave a franchise unable to fill its squad at the minimum price, so nobody ends the auction with empty slots and no money.
How much does it cost?
Setting up is free. The host pays $9 to run one auction live, or $49 once for every auction and draft after that. Players never pay.
Does it show rupees?
Amounts show with a $ sign for now. Treat them as crore: a purse of 120 is ₹120 crore, a bid of 2 is ₹2 crore.
