Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LiveDraft-It (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Your account

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@livedraftit.com.

2. What the Service does

LiveDraft-It lets you upload lists of items (“datasets”), invite other people, and run real-time drafts and auctions over those datasets. We provide the tooling; the content and the outcome of your drafts are yours.

3. Pricing and payment

Drafts are charged once, per draft, based on how many participants are in the draft when it starts. There is no subscription and nothing auto-renews. Every feature is included at every tier.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. If a draft grows past the tier you paid for, the difference is charged before it can start.

4. Refunds

If a draft you paid for did not run because of a fault on our side, email support@livedraftit.comwithin 30 days and we will refund it in full. Completed drafts are generally non-refundable, but write to us — we'd rather sort it out than have you feel cheated.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the datasets, item names, ratings, and images you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to store and display that content in order to run the Service.

If you mark a dataset as public, you are publishing it to the dataset marketplace, where any other user can view and copy it into their own drafts. You can change a dataset back to private at any time, but copies already made by others remain theirs.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. Don't upload anything unlawful, infringing, or abusive. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this.

6. Availability

We work to keep drafts running reliably, but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties. Live drafts depend on your network connection and on third-party infrastructure we don't control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the draft in question.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll notify you by email. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
