Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LiveDraft-It (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Your account

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@livedraftit.com.

2. What the Service does

LiveDraft-It lets you upload lists of items (“datasets”), invite other people, and run real-time drafts and auctions over those datasets. We provide the tooling; the content and the outcome of your drafts are yours.

3. Pricing and payment

The Service is sold as a LiveDraft Lifetime license: a single, one-time payment that grants the right to create and run unlimited drafts, of any size, with every feature. It is not a subscription, nothing auto-renews, and no card is kept on file for future charges.

People you invite never pay. Only the person creating a draft needs a license; participants join, play, and use every feature at no cost, with no time limit.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. The license is granted to your account once payment settles and does not expire. Drafts created before we moved to this model can still be run by their host without a license.

4. Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee. If the Service isn't for you, email support@livedraftit.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the license in full, no reason required and no questions asked. Refunding revokes the license; drafts you have already run remain readable.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days. By buying the license and using it immediately, you ask us to begin supply at once and acknowledge that this statutory right is lost once supply has begun. Our 30-day guarantee above is offered in addition to, and is more generous than, that statutory right.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the datasets, item names, ratings, and images you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to store and display that content in order to run the Service.

If you mark a dataset as public, you are publishing it to the dataset marketplace, where any other user can view and copy it into their own drafts. You can change a dataset back to private at any time, but copies already made by others remain theirs.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. Don't upload anything unlawful, infringing, or abusive. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach this.

6. Availability

We work to keep drafts running reliably, but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties. Live drafts depend on your network connection and on third-party infrastructure we don't control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the draft in question.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll notify you by email. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
