Running a office superlatives draft
1. Load the awards
Thirty superlative awards appear on the board, ready to be claimed.
2. Draft the awards, not the people
Each person takes turns claiming an award, then names who they are giving it to. The claiming is public and the reasoning is the fun part.
3. Keep it to a few rounds
Two or three rounds each is plenty. Set a short clock so nobody agonises over a joke award.
4. Share one link and draft it live
