Privacy Policy

This policy explains what LiveDraft-It collects, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. We sell nothing to advertisers and we don't run third-party ad trackers.

What we collect

Account details — your username, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), and optionally your name and avatar.
Content you create — datasets, uploaded CSVs and images, drafts, participants, picks and bids.
Social graph — friend connections and a record of who invited whom, used to power invite links and friend lists.
Usage data — timestamps such as your last sign-in, and basic server logs. If site analytics are enabled, we collect aggregate page-view statistics with no cross-site tracking.
Payment data — handled by Stripe. We store only a Stripe customer reference and payment identifiers, never your card number.

How we use it

To run your account and your drafts, to process per-draft payments, to send you transactional email (password resets, account confirmation), and to keep the Service secure and working. We also send ourselves internal notifications about platform activity such as signups and completed payments.

What other users can see

Your usernameand avatar are visible to other players in drafts you join and to people you're connected with. Your email address and real name are not shown to other users. Datasets you mark as public are visible to everyone.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Clearing it signs you out.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers needed to run the Service:

Stripe — payment processing.
Resend — delivery of transactional email.
Our hosting and storage providers — running the app, the database, and uploaded images.

We do not sell your personal data.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@livedraftit.comfrom your account address, and we'll remove your account and personal data within 30 days. Records we are legally required to keep, such as payment receipts, are retained as required by law. Drafts you took part in may retain your username in their historical results.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email support@livedraftit.comand we'll action it.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
