## About the printable draft board

A printed board is still how a lot of leagues draft in a room: a grid on the wall, one column per team, one row per round, and a pen. The part that goes wrong is the order. In a snake draft every even round runs backwards, and a hand-drawn board that numbers the cells left to right will send the wrong manager to the clock by round two.

Every cell here is labelled with the pick it represents — 1.01, 1.02, and so on — using the same function that decides who is on the clock in a live LiveDraft-It draft. Print it snake and round two starts in the last column; print it standard and every round runs the same way.

Paper has one limit a live board does not: nobody can see it but the room. If half the league is remote, or you are tired of someone taking a player who went four picks ago, start the same draft as a live board instead and everyone picks from one shared screen.

### Can I save it as a PDF or open it in Excel?

Save it as a PDF from your browser’s print dialog — choose “Save as PDF” as the printer. There is no Excel file: the board is a print layout, and a spreadsheet is the thing a live draft board replaces.

### What paper size should I use?

It prints landscape and fits letter or A4 for most leagues. Past about 14 teams or 16 rounds the cells get small — use tabloid or A3, or print at a larger scale across two sheets.
