All 32 NFL clubs, by division and conference. Draft teams instead of players for a survivor pool, an office league, or a season-long standings game.

## NFL Franchise Draft Board

Not everyone in the office wants to research running backs. Drafting teams instead of players is the version of the pool your colleagues will actually join: thirty-two names everyone already knows, one round each, done in ten minutes.

The pool is all 32 clubs with division and conference attached, so you can see the board fill up by division as it goes. It suits a survivor pool, a season-long win-total pool, or a straight "pick your teams and we will see in January" office league.

Because it is short, it is the best template to run in a room. One round, thirty-two picks, a clock short enough to keep it moving, and an argument about the Jets that lasts the rest of the season.

## Running a NFL team draft board

1. **Load all 32 franchises.** Start a draft from this template and every NFL club is on the board with its division and conference already attached.
2. **Decide how many people are drafting.** Eight people taking four teams each, or thirty-two people taking one — set the number of teams and the roster size to whatever your office actually is.
3. **Put a short clock on it.** Thirty or sixty seconds per pick keeps a team draft to about ten minutes, which is the difference between a pool people join and a meeting people leave.
4. **Share one link and draft it live.** Send the join link, set a pick clock, and everyone picks from the same board in real time. Spectators can follow along without an account, and the pick feed updates on every screen at once.

## NFL Franchise Draft Board questions

### Can I use this for a survivor pool?

For the draft part, yes — this settles who owns which franchises, live and in front of everyone. Week-to-week survivor scoring happens wherever you already track it; this is the board that decides the teams.

### What if there are not 32 of us?

That is the normal case. Set the roster size so the 32 clubs divide across however many people are drafting — four each for eight people, two each for sixteen.

### Can people watch without joining?

Yes. A public draft has a spectator view that needs no account, which is how most of an office follows a pool they are not drafting in.
