## A board tuned for fantasy basketball

Filter and sort players by position, team, and your own custom ratings so the right pick is always one tap away.

**Positions on the board:** PG, SG, SF, PF, C, G, F, UTIL

**Draft the biggest names:** Load players from across the NBA — for example: Celtics, Nuggets, Lakers, Thunder, Timberwolves

## How to run a fantasy basketball draft

1. **Build your fantasy basketball board.** Upload a CSV of players from the NBA with your own ranks and any rating columns you care about, or start from a template and edit it.
2. **Set the format and invite your league.** Choose a snake draft, a budget auction, or a hybrid of both, set the order or randomise it, then share one join link with your managers.
3. **Draft it live.** Every manager picks on the same synced clock. Auto-pick keeps the fantasy basketball draft moving if someone loses signal, and the commissioner can undo a pick or skip a turn if it goes wrong.

## What matters in a fantasy basketball draft

The board is only half of it — here is how fantasy basketball leagues usually approach draft day.

Category leagues and points leagues want completely different boards. In a nine-category league a player who wins you steals and blocks is worth more than his raw scoring suggests, so upload your own ranks with a column per category rather than drafting off a single overall number.

Position eligibility is the quiet complication. Guards who also qualify at forward are worth a premium because they let you fill more slots, and that is invisible on a plain ranked list — add an eligibility column and filter on it while you draft.

Auctions are common in basketball because rosters are small and the star gap is enormous. With a nine or ten-man roster, spending most of a budget on two elite players and filling the rest at minimum price is a legitimate strategy, and a salary cap makes that a real decision rather than a coin flip.
